Class Descriptions


Aqua Aerobics - A low impact aerobic exercise class for all levels. 

Deep Water Aqua Aerobics -A group aerobic workout using the power of the water.

Masters Swim - A coached, personalized group water workout 


Cardio Mix – Keep your body guessing! Cardio exercises are rotated.

Hi/low, step and circuit - Core included in this invigorating class that will get you ready for the weekend.

Movement Fusion – Aerobics, belly dance, Yoga, Pilates and Jazz are among the movements seamlessly blended together in a relaxing and empowering environment. 

Spinning - An intense 45 minute workout on Spinning bikes. Whether you ride to get stronger, nurture your body and spirit, sweat out the events of the day or reinvent  yourself, Spinning is your ride.  All fitness abilities welcome, all at your own pace!  Sign-ups are taken at the front desk up to 24 hours in advance. You must arrive at least 5 minutes prior to class start time, as reserved bikes will be given to members on the waiting list.

Zumba – This class is a combination of Latin dance and fitness.  The routines feature interval-training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat!


Pilates Mat - For all fitness levels. Core strengthening and lengthening exercises 
based on the works of Joseph Pilates.

Core – This 20 minute class will work your abdominals and core stabilizers.  This is a great way to build ideas of core movement into your own training program.

Group Power® - Resistance training that is programmed utilizing barbells and hand weights to great music.  This hour of power will work both upper and lower body, core and finishes with a rewarding stretch. 

On the Ball - Pump your way to a toned and trim body utilizing hand weights, bars and balls. Emphasis is on full body movement, core stability and strength. 

Sculpt -  This total body conditioning class tones muscles, improves muscle strength and includes balance and core strength.


Tai Chi - Experience this ancient movement practice for health & well-being. 

Basic Yoga - Learn yoga basics, postures, vocabulary and alignment. 

Yoga - Our skilled instructors will guide you through postures, flexibility and 
centering movement.

Yoga II - For the intermediate Yoga student.  Designed to take your practice to the next level.

Spinning® Class Etiquette

  1. Athletic shoes and appropriate workout attire required.
  2. For safety reasons, please arrive on time and remain for the entire class.
  3. Do not wear perfume or scented lotions.
  4. Give the trained instructor your full attention. Keep chitchat to a minimum.
