Swim lessons for anyone! Our lessons are personalized to each student, and are available starting at age 6 months. Choose from private lessons with a fully flexible schedule, or our seasonal group lessons which never have more than two swimmers per instructor!
The Avila Bay Athletic Club & Spa offers swim lessons year around for children and adults.
We are proud to have our swimming pools and Jacuzzis sanitized with ozone systems. These powerful systems allow us to use very limited amounts of chlorine, which makes a healthier environment for all of our guests.

Learn to be a Mermaid at our Mermaid University! This fun experience is for kids 6 and above who are confident swimmers. Kids also get a top-quality mermaid tail and monofin to keep! NEXT SESSION STARTS JULY 15!.
Get your child ready for Junior Guards at our local beaches this summer! This program will help kids train for their swim test, as well as provide basic life guarding, first aid, and CPR skills.
Our goal is to provide a safe, friendly, and motivating environment for children 5 - 14 years of age. Practices focus on stroke technique, strength development, and interval training. This program runs throughout the year.
