A fundraiser for the family of Dr. Graciela Sarmiento (Flying Samaritan). PLEASE sign up at the front desk, as Dr. Weiss needs to know how many of each. $25 flu; $50 pneumonia (age 65 & up, unless compromised). Receipt provided for insurance billing. Flu shots for ages 3+, with nasal spray at $35 for ages 2 and up.
