Face Covering Update

Thank you so much to everyone that continues to come to the club prepared with a mask and has it on as they enter any indoor space at the club. Per the SLO County mandate, masks are required to be worn by anyone over two years of age in the lobby, LOCKER ROOMS unless in the shower, and all indoor fitness rooms. We recently resorted to charging $1 for disposable masks to slow down the waste that was occurring because many folks simply did not want to go back to their car to get a mask. We started finding them left around various outdoor areas (which was odd, as you need the mask to enter the lobby to leave the club!) Please know the money is no motivation for us. It will most likely go into a staff treat fund.

Group Fitness Classes At ABAC

img

Thanks for your continued patience as we adapt to the current COVID conditions and move locations of classes as needed. We try to keep the app and signage in the lobby up to date, and highly recommend that you check the app before coming to the club for a class.
Please note that Groove on Thursdays is now at 5:00 pm. Jan Berdar is back at the club and will be teaching LIFT Thursday evenings at 6:00 pm. There have been more requests lately for evening classes, and we are trying some to see how it goes. We will continue to offer Zoom classes for now, and that schedule will still be emailed to active members on Sunday nights.
