New Club Software Login Information

New Club Software Coming
Wednesday, July 13 & Thursday, July 14

The Club is changing software systems this week, as we are not able to continue with our current system. Many of you have been asking for some of the changes that this new system will allow, so we are excited to finally bring this to you.

The transition will take place on Thursday, July 14th.

An email containing your new username and password will be sent on Thursday by 5:00 pm along with detailed instructions on how to log in and use the new system.

Wednesday night (July 13) through Thursday evening (July 14), you will not be able to book anything online. Your old member portal will no longer be active. All reservations made in the old system will still be active during the transition. You do not need to make a duplicate reservation in the new system. 

Please do not call the club on Wednesday or Thursday to make any reservations.

Online reservations will resume Thursday night, July 14, and continue with the timing of being able to reserve things four days ahead of time starting at 7 am. We will have a dedicated staff member available every day to answer technical support questions. You can reach our tech support staff member via email at [email protected]com, beginning on Thursday.

 A few of the new features to expect are:

  • Once you click a lane or court to reserve, it holds it for you for a bit while you finish the booking process. This eliminates the old problem of being kicked out and starting over.

  • When you check into the club and have a swim reservation, it will automatically check you into that reservation. For this reason, you will be able to go back to using your scan card to check into the club every day of the week! (Not just on weekends anymore. Yay!)

  • There is not an app to download onto your phone. You can open your account on your web browser and save a bookmark tile to your home screen. We can help you do this if that process is unfamiliar to you.

HOW TO LOG INTO Empower M.E. for the first time.


Go to the Member Login Button on our website located on the top left or bottom right of every page.

•You will enter your Member ID provided at the top the email that you received on 7/14/22 as both your Username and your Password.

 You will be asked if you want to change your Username. This is optional

•You will be prompted to change your password. This is recommended!

•Once you have completed these steps you will be on your main Dashboard of your online portal.

Empower M.E. - Your Member Login

Empower M.E. is the online component of our new club software.The "M.E." stands for "Member Experience" and this powerful new software provides the ability for you to do more than ever from the convenience of your computer or mobile device.

With Empower M.E. you can:
Book courts or swim lanes
View and Edit your account information
See your account history or make a payment on your account
Book appointments or courts and see your upcoming appointments
Sign up for Classes or Courses/Events
Buy packages and view current package usage
Manage family members on your account
View your visits
 

DASHBOARD - MY ACTIVITIES

Class Schedule
1. Log into the member login and select My Activities
2. Click Class Schedule
3. To drill down for specific classes
a. Select Category
4. Select More Filters to use Key Words or Instructors/Resources
5. Select the desired class
a. Class Detail popup gives you the option to sign up.
6. If payment is required you will be prompted to pay the fee.
 

 

Course / Events Schedule

1. Log into the member login and select My Activities
2. Click Course / Events Schedule
3. To drill down for specific classes
a. Select Month
b. Select Category
c. Select More Filters to use Key Words or Instructors/Resources
4. Select the desired class
a. Course Detail pop-up gives you the option to sign up.
  If payment is required you will be prompted to pay the fee

 

Book Appointment

1. Log into the member login and select My Activities

2. Click Book Appointment
3. To drill down for a specific appointment type
a. Select Club if applicable
b. Select Category (in this example it is Tennis Indoor Court)
c. Select Product (in this example it is Indoor Court Time 90 min)
There will be a dropdown menu where you will be able to search for another member to share your court time with as long as they allow that in their settings. You will want to get all members on the court as it will charge all participants evenly.
d. Select "All Resources" (which would be all indoor courts) or a Specific Resource (you can choose only the specific court you want to play on)
e. Select the Day
i. This brings up a popup where you select the time range
ii. Select the Time Range
iii. Select specific time
iv. If additional resources are needed you will be prompted to select.
If payment is required you will see the cost that will be charged at the club or if you have a package it will deduct a session when you check-In for your appointment

 

My Calendar

1. Log into the member login and select My Activities
2. Click My Calendar
3. Activities will be listed in chronological order.
4. Select Additional Filters if needed
 

How to Add your Member Portal to your Phone

Our new club management software offers an outstanding member interface that you can save to your phone, similar to an app.

To access your member portal from your phone's home screen, follow these simple steps.

Apple

 

  • ●  In Safari browser, go to the member portal login page: 

  • ●  At the bottom of your screen click the middle or "share" button.

  • ●  Scroll down to "Add to Home Screen"

  • ●  Type in the name you want to appear for this tile.

  • ●  Click Add at the top of the screen.

  • ●  This tile will appear on your Home Screen and will look like an App. Click this to go directly to the

    portal to register for classes or make reservations.

    Android

  • ●  In your browser, go to the login page:

  • ●  At the top right of your screen, click the 3 vertical dots.

  • ●  Click "Add to Home Screen"

  • ●  Type in the name you want to appear for this tile.

  • ●  Click "Add."

  • ●  This tile will appear on your Home Screen and will look like an App. Click this to go directly to the

    portal to register for classes or make reservations.

    Feel free to delete the old app from your phone - it'll be inactive after 7/15
